Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. RMAC help me find my dream home at Rancho Costa Verde in Baja

We went to a home show and saw a booth with just lady a map of Baja. I asked what is this timeshare? She explained the Mexican government made it possible to actually own property in Baja and she was selling home sites. She then offered free trip from San Diego to the site and back including meals and hotel. We came, we liked what we saw, and we bought a beautiful home right on the beach on the Sea of Cortez.
