Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. garage conversion

After I received 5 quotes on ADU Garage Conversion I went with best quality-price ratio from RnD Builders. Roi and his team were great to work with. They were always on time, quick, efficient and there were no issues although it was a big and complicated project. Roi was awesome, always available and ready for any help, his great advices helped me a lot and saved me money also. The project was finished on time, there were no unexpected costs and final product is excellent. I would definitely work with RnD Builders again, actually we had a talk about future project!
