I became 100 Hadicap, I hire a company to cut my yard and he cam and we sign a contract, he came over in 2 day and he start cutting it, then he quit and claim that the weed eater was broke and he went home. He never call or tell me what was going on. I try and leave messages and he never call me back, then he came back in 2 weeks and start then in 20 mins, he claims that the lawnmower blade was bend, then he went home and couldn't get hole of him. Then he came over in 2 more week, he was here for 30 mins and he was done, he thought that I won't look at the yard, which that I can't my wife and 3 friends said the yard next door was not touch and the back was hit and miss and front was cut have if any. I own 2 lots, I told him about and he said, if I file a complaint, he will sue me for slander for rue his business, it look bad, he is in the 40' he should know better and he don't need to own business.
