Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. First off I just want to say that I am a big fan of redbull (originals & blueberry flavors) but in this particular days food stamps had just became available via my e.b.t card. I left somerset & forgot to buy my redbull while in town because I didn't want to have to try n buy them (from "Rock city express", because they have done this to me before!) So I go to the cooler & grab 2 8 oz. Red bull & head up to the cashier & the owner was standing Next to the cashier & I went to hand my food stamp card over and soon as I did, he scoffed and said "I'm Not taking food stamps for THAT S***, you'll pay CASH or just wont get it Here!" Which was Very rude & unbelievably embarrassing! For Christ sakes, it was Only 5-7$ but with gas cost, embarrassment, then being prejudice when a month earlier He Himself & His cashier ACCEPTED foodstamps, That IS Discrimination if I'VE EVER Seen it! I want 250$ for wasted gas, time & Mostly for discriminating! I have used my food stamp card there alit n quite a few times I had been turned down & forced to go to somerset which is 12 miles away 1 way so I want reimbursed for all my wasted gas as well!
