I have been taken advantage of by this company for the past year

I have been taken advantage of by this company for the past year. My pool has not been cleaned properly for several months. The owner called me screaming and yelling. Said my pool took to long to clean and he wasn't making enough money. I inspected the pool he had left the pool with dirt covering the bottom of the pool. The new pool person told me that my pool service was ripping of .they had been vacuming The pool directly to the filter. Clogging the lines. He unplugged the lines and cleaned the pool the new pool service told that the pool hadn't been properly clean for quite sometime. I am 71 years old and disabled am tired of being ripped off.
