She needs to be let go or demoted

We had this room for to three days and on the third day the manager she brought us new towels and assumed we were smoking the room and we were not at all and started yelling for us to get our things and we had to move rooms and I felt completely uncomfortable and embarrassed I don't even smoke we had no complaints at all so we gathered our things and gave her what she wanted so when I left the room she told me she didn't need our money after this because we had to much traffic and yet again we had no complaints this lady is disrespectful and rude and doesn't deserve to be in a managers position or dealing with customers I want something done she used curse words towards me and all, She needs to be let go or demoted
