It took 53 weeks to receive my order

Romeo and Juliette Keepsakes LLC is in breach of contract as they fulfill orders way outside of their estimated completion time. When I placed my order, est. TAT was 9-12 weeks, it took 53 weeks to receive my order. The shop owner, Destiny Magoon, becomes very combative and defensive when asked for a shipping update. She does not abide by the FTCs 30 day rule and assumes updating the "rules" in her Facebook Group to reflect a new TAT is sufficient notice to extend her shipping dates out exponentially; however, when she blocks you from the group and from contacting her, there's no way to get an update on the order. Destiny has many, many fake Facebook accounts that she uses to trick unsuspecting customers into thinking that she has a large base of happy customers. These fake accts that Destiny runs to tout her own business, she also uses to attack her customers, their businesses, and her competitors. She also uses her fake accts to win giveaways so that she doesn't have to give anything actually away yet still swindles new customers into thinking they had a shot at winning. After I posted my customer review on YouTube of her business exposing all of this corruption, she became VERY rude/demeaning, calling me names and attacking my husband's business on yelp - saying his products are junk and that he harasses, threatens, and speaks inappropriately to women. She has filed a TRO against me and said publicly that I called her wishing death on her children - A COMPLETE LIE.
