Delivery of Gold Order

I am increasingly concerned about the delivery of my $60,000 purchase of gold from Rosland Capital. It was purchased on 11/24/25 and has not been delivered, I have been told they are experiencing shipping back log. Today is Thursday, May 28, 2026 and I am unable to reach anyone at Rosland Capital by phone or email. My sales rep assures me they did not take my money for product that they do not have in their possession. I just want my gold that is listed in my order. I offered to pick-up the gold to avoid shipping but was told I could not do that. It does not sound like the gold has been boxed up for shipment to me. The backlog must be in their ability to find gold to ship. Buddy J.

Rosland Capitol is a company comfortable to steal money from senior citizens with dementia at near end stages of their life.

My 86 year old father, who is diagnosed with dementia, Parkinson's, COPD, and cancer, who lives in assisted living, and is a veteran was scammed by Rosland Capitol. They sold him bogus "special coins" at a cost of 98,000. dollars with a gold amount equivalent to 35,000. No one will talk with us and our complaint was responded with an email that stated "we see no wrong doing" which is absolutley abhorent. My dad can't make informed decisions and is not able to do basic math to see through this scam. Don't buy anything from this company. Anyone who steals money from demented seniors at the end stages of their life, will not hesitate to steal from YOU TOO.

Rosland takes all negative reviews very seriously and places a high value on customer satisfaction. Recently Rosland reached agreement with a family member of the purchaser to resolve this matter on mutually agreeable terms. For the record, Rosland respectfully disagrees with the reviewer's characterization of her father's original transactions and dealings with Rosland as described in her review. In connection with his precious metal purchases, he and Rosland entered into a customer agreement signed by both parties, Rosland made material and timely disclosures to him in recorded confirmations about the precious metals industry, its risks and benefits, the pricing of the metals being purchased, applicable fees, the risks of market fluctuations, that his purchases were subject to his own research and judgment, and that Rosland was not an investment or financial advisor and had no fiduciary obligation to its customers. Her allegation of scamming is unfounded, and Rosland had no reason to know he lived in an assisted living facility (his address did not indicate that) or suffered from the infirmities disclosed by his daughter. Thus, Rosland would have no cause to take the highly unusual step of contacting a family member such as his daughter to complete the purchase.
