I called Roto-Rooters RGV 24hr. Service to unclog my sewage drain they sent a guy who said it would be 385.00 to unclog it so I ask what all it included he said it only included the unclogging and use of a drain camera if needed but the drain would be clear for water to drain properly so I accepted. The deal is I called them Tuesday at 5:00 pm so they sent that employee that afternoon which couldn't fix the problem said someone will be back tomorrow between 9-12 the next guy showed up around 1 pm he sent the camera down drain and couldn't fix it either so he told me he had to go to another job and would be back with the other guy to fix the problem after that nobody has came i called the company like 8-12 times said they were sorry and that someone would call me back nobody called me until like 8 pm supposably the manager who assured me he personally would be here this morning to try n fix the problem it's 12 he has not called he txt me at 9:58 said he was otw haven't heard from him i calles his direct like like he asked me too no answer so I called the company which said the spoke to him and he's otw I ask how come they took my money but haven't fix my drain like we had agreed they are 24 hrs. They are sending employees to other jobs and my drain is over flowing in my yard and all I get form them is a "We're Sorry and we'll get someone to call you" i ask if I could get my money back or to get someone to fix it. WILL YOU PLEASE HELP ME.. Resolution Sought My issue resolved immediately or my money back please and thank you.

I had water damage due to a sump pump. I was advised by their rep Chad-470-786-6118 to file my ins. He stated the ins would pay them and I would receive $$ to replace my floors and any other damage. I paid Roto rooter $1700 up front to fix sump pump.. The Mitigation they did was not worth $16000…they removed flooring and some Sheetrock…and left the fans running 24/7 for 4 days…I have a light bill of $700..Roto rooter expects payment from me Resolution Sought Get the money from the ins co … that is what thy said thy were going to do
