Stop being incompetent and rude to customers when you have ruined their property.

I am a 140 service connected disabled veteran of the U.S. Marine Corps. Having had a drain spout come loose and water backing up in our basement, I called Roto Rooter to ensure the french drain was not clogged and operating properly. The man who came to my home proceeded to flood my drain field with a 5/8" garden house for 20 minutes until the water laid pooled in the yard. Immediately after, he left major ruts in my yard turning around in my driveway, after having saturating rains for days my yard was mushy and no need to use my yard as a driveway. It then poured in a tremendous storm to the point of flooding Rte 54 just 20 minutes after he left and then the power went out, so pumping out water that immediately began coming in due to the flooded drain field the rooter rooter man had left me, was then impossible. Valuables previously moved to salvage were ruined. I called the owner to complain of the ruts left in my yard and flooding that occurred. He came to my home and in the presence of my girlfriend insulted me twice about my yard, said he'd fix the yard himself, cursed a few times at me and never came back. He declined to charge me for his "Service" and I suspect the yard damage equals the $175 he was asking for the job of flooding my home. I would avoid this company at all costs. If they treat totally disabled veterans like this, I'd hate to see how he treats older people. His company is abysmal and his employees seemingly without knowledge of french drain syste
