That manager does not know how to treat some one and hes really rude and should not have a job.

I called the morning of January 10 at 8:02 am to make a truck payment and discuss and dispute what he had told me that was owed. I then proceeded to explain to him what was told to me a week prior and he got mad at me and told me to call back at 11 am to talk to miranda. I said ok and I asked him how he came to this dollar amount and he told me he didn't have time for this shit and he was to busy and hung up on me, I then called back to talk to a manager and I knew it was him by his voice and he said he was the manager and his name was jeff and he said I just talked to u david in a smart tone and then said talk to u later have a nice life and then again hung the phone up on me. I then called and made my payment threw rpm on grand river and they apologized for his behavior and took my payment. That manager does not know how to treat some one and hes really rude and should not have a job. I'd like to have him put up in front of a board of individuals and have him fired.
