Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. I ordered a 4x6 rug from the Rug Studio on July 5 at which time they asked for complete payment. They told me that it would take 6 weeks before the rug would arrive at their studio. The amount paid was $1856.49 which also included a rug pad for $35. After several phone calls over the course of almost 3 months, I was called on September 24th, and told the rug had arrived at the store. The facts of my complaint are that the Rug Studio had to order the rug and expected the full cost at the time it was ordered. They had $1856.49 in their hands for almost 3 months, not asking for half at the time ordered, then the other half when it arrived. A reputable company would have done that. I will never shop there again, not will I recommend this store to others.
