Ruler Foods

Treated rudely.

We went to ruler foods. Going through the checkout line. The cashier was very unruly because I didn't realize my wife was going to pay for some items and I said no put it all together. And the cashier got real unruly and very unprofessional. She got really snappy and asked is this separate or together. My wife said we had a misunderstanding between her and myself. So the cashier said very snappy and very unprofessional, slinging items and asked what do you want to do. My wife also standing her ground said put it all together. The cashier still being very unruly and unprofessional raising her voice. We were very displeased asked for a manager. The cashier said she was a manager. My wife said she needs to speak to another manager. She called on the new store manager. We explained our situation with what had just happened. She said she'd speak to her. We still felt uncomfortable that the situation wasn't going to be dealt with in the proper manner. We shop there quite often but you can rest assure that if and when you visit there again we will not let this young hot headed manager wait on us any way shape fashion or form. We also explained to this new manager that we both work in the public with a much more interaction with the public and this kind of behavior will not be tolerated by our superiors without very strong disciplinary actions.
