Description:

In January, 2014, the California Department of Business Oversight (“DBO”) filed a Desist and Refrain Order against Runnemede Entertainment, Inc. (“REI”), Maria Durham (“MDurham”) and Kimberly Durham (“KDurham”). The Order was filed in the public interest after the DBO caused an investigation to be made into the activities of REI, MDurham and KDurham. Based on the investigation, the Commissioner was able to determine REI, MDurham and KDurham had engaged in acts or practices in violation of California Securities Law. The violations include, but were not limited to; misrepresenting and omitting material facts in the offering and selling of securities.

The desist and refrain Order prohibits REI, MDurham and KDurham offering or selling any security within the State of California including, but not limited to, investments relating to Runnemede Entertainment, LLC or Runnemede Entertainment Development, Inc. The Order became effective on January 31, 2104.
