Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. Stop scamming people!!!!

These idiots call my phone, my husbands phone and my son's phone non-stop. This is a scam. They wanted to verify my SS # in order to tell me who their "client" is. I told them where they could stick it. Don't give these crooks one ounce of information. I wish an attorney would look into these people. This is the 2nd time in about 5 years they are trying this will me. Stop scamming people!!!!
