Emotionally, mentally people shouldn't have to experience this type of behavior.

I had walked into this place of business and I had never been so embarrassed, humiliated upset in my life I was told from a row over to tell my one year old daughter to Shut up ! She was excited about the pets and she was screaming when she saw the pets not in fear but she was excited and one of the employees came toward us saying that she was to loud and a few other things. Which as a mother I was upset because had you had came to me and ask if we could quiet her down we probably would have left but it didn't go that way. I was told to shut her up. So I ask for a manager her name was Kay and she apologized for the inconvenience and said we shouldn't have been talked to like that and that the employee knows better she is a baby . Then the employee who was so rude said she didn't know that she was a year old that wasn't the point is have a public establishment and kids or people with disabilities so respond in a way which my daughter was no one I mean no one said anything to us about her scaring the animals! I called the next day to speak with the owner . Dennis Trum he was just as rude as the employee saying that if I was going to call the better business bureau than the matter is resolve don't step foot in his establishment again I stated that was fine I wasn't planning on doing anything of that nature. I don't know what can be done but I do know that you can't talk to people like that and if u can I don't think it's right I was with all three of my children which can contest.
