Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. Very Good Deal

HI, I came across this deal at my school (I go to Cal State LA) and I've been enjoying it so far. I used my visits and I went to 2 different salons (just to see what stylist works for me). I went to Arcadia Styling Salon (in Arcadia) and the lady was amazing! She did charged me $10 extra for my 1st visits, but my hair cut was perfect and my hair is long (so any place would charge extra). My 2nd visit I went to Steven Mata Hair Studio (in West Hollywood) and he was great. He is super nice and sweet, I LOVE my new color and I cant wait to use the rest of my services. Being a student is hard, because we don't have lots of money and I always liked deals like Salon Save Groupon, etc. You can try diff. places, get lots of free, cool services and safe $. $19 a month is a STEAL ! ;)
