Offer better service.

On May 14th 2021 My hubby and I went to Saltgrass off 75 Central in Plano Texas. When we arrived we were seated until our waiter came. I first noticed he wasn't wearing any gloves and kept touching his face mask with his hands. I asked him is he required to wear gloves and his response was no. This was our first time at Saltgrass so I thought our first time experience will go well. My hubby and I both ordered Gulf Coast Steak with Shrimp. The steak was an 8 ounce along with five shrimps. Our waiter brought our bread, which was hot and delicious! He brought out our salad we ordered. After I salad we sat and waiter 45 minutes for our meal. I kept asking my hubby when will they bring out our meal and he stated I just don't know. I asked our waiter and he said give it 5 more minutes. I noticed the waiter the entire and he only had two tables he was serving. Ours and a large group of peoples. After the 5 minutes he bought our food and it was cold. I immediately told the waiter and he asked if he can reorder it and I told him no. I asked to speak to the manager and her name was Cassidy and she was very polite and offer to reorder our food. My hubby and disagreed and was frustrated on the outcome. Ms. Cassidy stated we didn't have to pay and she asked us to please do not call Corporate. This afternoon I called a different Saltgrass location and the young girl gave me 1800 552 6379. I finally after holding spoke with a gentleman and he gave me 1800.552.6379. Numbers are no good.
