Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. It's just nice private shelter you have Robin and beating up clients and doing people any kind of way unsafe environments and unclean environments. I would like the company to fire everyone and we hire new people who care about humanity and willing to help humanity and make a change human beings are dying in these shelters and I mean the private ones and it's sad I've been dealing with Michael McDaniel who is the representative of the borough president of Brooklyn New York Eric Adams it's been awhile going thing I've been at 50 shelters it has been the same thing 15 is Jones staff Robbins a client's stop beating up clients we need help.
