I've never dealt with a company that was very dishonest, rude and disrespectful. Almost 3 months and my work is not done.

I made contact with the business owner on June 12, 2020 asking if he would be able to print some shirts with Hebrew Lives Matter for an up and coming event. After the owner showed me some of his previous work I asked if he would be able to complete additional shirts that were needed for a Juneteenth event which will take place on June 19, 2020. After seeing the art work he stated that he can do the project with no problem and quoted, "I have a fast turnaround time that averages 4 business days." I dropped off 106 shirts and 12 fitted baseball caps. I was asked to pay $650 in which was the full price. The business owner then later stated, after receiving my payment that he will try and have the shirts done by June 19th. Once the project wasn't done by that date, I asked of him to please have them done before the 4th of July and he said, "No problem" . I called, sent text and arrived to the shop on July 3rd and 4th and did not receive a response. I made several of phone calls and sent emails asking of dates when the project will be done. The business owner would ignore my phone calls and several emails causing for me to show up to the business on several occasions only to be told to come back the next day on many occasions. I have several of emails and text messages to support my statement. It has been almost three months and the business owner has refused to provide me with my refund or/and finished product. I've sent several of recent emails asking of dates and it took for me to report them to Business Consumer Alliance to receive an email of a pick up date. I lost over $3,010 by way of two missed events. I have been placed in financial hardship and more. The owner is very rude and disrespectful . I would not recommend this company to anyone. I wish that I could have went with zero starts instead of the one.
