Manager seems to be doing some fishy business with how he managers the park.

My manger at the trailer park seems to be doing some fishy business with how he managers the park. He had been towing cars for having expired tags. Which to me seems like it shouldn't be the parks business if my tags are expired for two days. Also towing cars that are parked in the driveway for no reason. When my roommate went to talk to him about the towing of her car, she noticed he had a notebook open and had been keeping tabs on the families that live here and specifically what race they are. Just thought this was worth checking out. I would want an investigation to happen to see if he is conducting illegal deals with the tow companies and if he's discriminating against different races that are living here in the park.
