Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. If they are considering doing business with the company, consumers can use this indicator to forecast the likelihood of having their issues addressed if a problem arises. CRI measures the company's customer satisfaction abilities through BCA’s complaint mediation process.

I'd give a big fat (0) if I could

I was scammed by Sanctuary when I attempted to get a mortgage modification. 1st of all they demanded I give them $2,000.00 up front which I did. They had me jumping through hoops, with many phone calls and had me fax over 30+ pages of supposedly important personal financial information. After a few months of me trying to get someone from their company to talk to me, the communication from them stopped. I'm a pretty intelligent person, not very trusting of these types of deals, well they got me and my $$$. DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I DID, I WAS RIPPED OFF

All modification services must be fully completed before any money can be collected. It is also illegal to divide fees or services into components for the purpose of avoiding this law.

HUD approved housing counseling agencies are exempt from this law. For businesses outside of California, please check with the agency that regulates this industry.
