Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. I noticed the agreed price was much higher on contract.

Two days ago I saw a used Chrysler for sale at Sands Kia .Was meet by Salesperson Alex. He located the car and we took it for a ride. We came back to dealership and agreed on a price. I was then called into finance office to sign loan paper work etc. Nothing was explained just sign. I noticed the agreed price was much higher on contract. When I asked why finance person (Ted I think) stated " $3,500 for extended warranty". What ? -Never asked for that. He then took it off. I caught an attempt crime of deceptive practice . He should be dealt with .Total scam.
