Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. More expensive prices than on the official website - Useless customer service

I've purchased tickets with the satisfaction of being covered by the 'best price guarantee' that they mention everywhere on their website. I've checked a few minutes later, and I found much better prices for better seats (20 rows closer to the show). I've asked them to apply the guarantee they mention (= if you found better prices, you are free to cancel the order). Instead, they kept sending my automatic answers by finally suggesting to sell those tickets to my family members so I could purchase better tickets for myself. I haven't been able to get their fake guarantee for whatever reason. Strongly suggest avoiding this rip off. Remember, once you have paid it is too late.
