They should be fined for their shady financing and inability to be honest with their customers.

Applied online and spoke to Angelina Rodriquez we were texting back and forth about a 2018 Kia Rio she asked me to email our documents emailed twice and I called her she said she did not get them . I called her and my husband and I drove to there dealership upon arrival she was not there .I had to wait ten minutes before she came. When she got there she took copies of our documents then shoved us to a sales person named Scott Fitzsimmons he in turn came out and needed my husbands signature. After about an hour of waiting Mr Fitzsimmons came out and said oh the bank is closing. they will call you on Tuesday for an interview. Nobody called from this bank called Credit Acceptance. I called at 4:00 on Tuesday afternoon and Mr. Fitzsimmons says I will call you back. After an hour he calls back, all the time saying I will keep you posted. Okay now we are on Wednesday, no phone call I call 3 times no answer on any of the extensions I was given. I called a fourth time, and Angelina's boss answered the phone, puts me on hold for a couple of minutes then gets back on the phone to say you were not approved and she told it was because of this interview I was supposed have with Credit Acceptance.. I say to her this never happened. She hung on me. Why did they wait 3 days and why did I have to keep calling?! Worst dealership I have ever been to.
