Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. Spectacular Job!

The team did a spectacular job of renovating our master bathroom. “Breathtakingly beautiful!” “The nicest bathroom I’ve ever seen!” “It looks like something out of a designer magazine.” “Colors are soothing and spa-like.”- comments made after our friends saw our recently renovated bathroom.Scott Daggs and his talented team demonstrated great workmanship. Scott skilfully guided us through the renovation process offering many options/ideas to greatly improve our bathroom. His extraordinary sense of design and color resulted in a masterful, one-of-a-kind, creation! Scott has very high standards for his team and their work. His team has excellent customer service skills. They were polite, courteous, and respectful.They explained things clearly and exhibited flexibility. At the end of each day, our room was left in immaculate order. We would definitely recommend Scott R. Daggs Renovations (actually we already have done so) as they far exceeded our expectations!! - Dave and Dianne Showers
