Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. I highly recommend Scotts Home Improvements

I am very pleased with all of the work Scotts have done for me over the years. The estimates are very detailed and accurate, the work is always done to my satisfaction (and even beyond what I envisioned) and they are very good at cleaning up before they leave. I have no problem at all handing them keys to my house and leaving town, they are trustworthy and honest. They have done work both inside and outside my home, from complete bathroom renovations to retaining walls, and I have no complaints whatsoever. They do fantastic work, they communicate and are flexible. I recommend them to people constantly. I don't let anyone else work on my property!
