Business did not honor their warranty policy.
Their technicians were very unfriendly during the two occasions they served my home (in Houston, Tx.). They replaced the hole Evaporator Cover in my refrigerator and then did not agree to repair under warranty when the same failure occurred during the warranty period. This was with their central operations. I had used them before for carpet cleaning and appliance repair but I will never use them again.
