Terrible Experience

I received a Herman Miller Aeron Chair (Price: $585.00) and after using it for 1-2 weeks the screw nut holding the seat broke. I'm was disappointed with this chair and with my purchase and I asked to receive a full refund. Seating Mind states on their website that they offer a Money Back Guarantee on all orders. The money back guarantee covers the first 30 days of purchase. Instead of giving me a refund they sent me a new screw nut. I was not able to remove the broken bolt to replace the screw nut. Customer service asked me to apply WD40 to the area to help the bolt slip. I tried applying WD40 but that did not help. I asked seating mind to send back the chair and for them to send me a new chair. Seating mind has ignored my request and have not replied to my emails.
