Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. Clean the the tanks

I went to Sea World twice in a month and noticed that the tanks were the penguins and sharks were so filthy that it was nearly impossible to see. I spend so much money for tickets that I think it's not fare not to enjoy the exhibits.
