Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. When management changed so did the integrity of the business.

I have been a customer for over 10 years. When management changed so did the integrity of the business. I went in, which I usually don't, to see if any paperwork needed to be filled out by me being on sick leave and basically was attacked verbally by the manager, along with the nasty attitude from his assistant Tracey. I was refused my right to file a claim and was highly upset with their treatment of customers. Treat ALL customers the same and with respect
