Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. Too many people pile up on the bus which is Coronavirus then they don't wear masks when they face it is too many people that pile up on the bus they need to stop it 25 people to 30 people on the bus know they need to stop it
