I was fed up with all his unprofessionalism I decided to go elsewhere

Had my car in the shop for 5 months and was mislead with the issues and his work that was done to the car. The car had been in the shop for months now and one time when I called he told me all the work was done and I can come pick up the car. He sent me a link to pay for the bill so I believed him and paid for it. When I came to take the car none of the work was done and I asked him about it. He said there was a couple of things left to do, but I noticed that all the issues were the same as I brought it the first day. I believed him and left the car and after some time. I started asking if it was finished and this seemed to annoy him. After this getting in contact with Jay(the owner) became harder and harder to the point that he blocked me and I had to use other phones to contact him. He mostly ignored my calls and I could never catch him at his office.On the rare occasion he did pick up the phone or I come by the shop to see the progress he would make up all types of excuses including health issues and family issue etc. When I was persistent on answers, would lash out on me, and this continued for a while. Once I was fed up with all his unprofessionalism I decided to go elsewhere and took my car home. I decided to dispute my transaction on the credit card that I used and this really upset him and he finally called back and threatened me with a lawsuit that I will be fighting. I had another mechanic look at the car and had it fixed in 2 hours at quarter of the cost.
