Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. Failure to remove basketball goal broken by them until they were threatened by me.

They did a very good job with removal of 9 Pine trees in my yard. Showed up when promised & good cleanup. My only complaint is that they failed to keep their word on removing a basketball goal when they broke the headboard! After being ignored & lied to I reported them to Business Consumer Alliance. After that they did the right thing.
