Contacted Home Serve regarding water line leak11/5/22. They sent out Mr Twister Plumbing 11/8/22. Mr plumbing was required to submit estimate to Home Serve which they stated on 11/10/22. According to provisions a response expected 24-48 hours. Called home serve 11/12/22, they stated estimate was not received till 11/11/22 contrary to what Mr Twitter stated. All this time an 81 yr old disabled man is without water which we made clear to home serve. As of today Mr Twister tried twice to contact Home Serve no reply. Since 11/5/22 an 81 old disabled man without water while Home serve seems to be unable to honor the purchased warranty. Home serve. 855 336 2465 case#SHMQB322 Resolution Sought Honor warranty. No water 10 days due to Home Serve not responsive to honor warranty

My gas line to my detached garage is broken and I've been reaching out to the insurance company, but they have been given me the runner around to solving my gas line problem. I pay them out of my Chase checking account annually. I have a gas line and exterior sewer/septic line with SLWA Insurance Services / Home Serve, located at 7134 Lee Hwy, Chattanooga, TN 37421. Telephone #'s, 1-833-824-4615, 1-888-302-0-138. Gas Line service agreement number 138495147 and Exterior Sewer/Septic Line service agreement number 144979341. Resolution Sought Either fix my gas line pronto or refund all of the money that i have paid to SWLA Insurance Services / Home Serve for three years.
