Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. Companies offering rental lists, either as a prepaid sale or as a credit reporting service providing free lists, must be licensed by the State Department of Real Estate and maintain a $2,500 bond for each of its locations. To verify licensing call: 213 897 3399. In our experience, listed properties were taken directly from area newspapers, already rented, did not exist, or failed to meet the customer's specifications. Many were listed without the knowledge and consent of landlords. In all cases, refunds were difficult to obtain in spite of promises to the contrary. This company appears to be out of business. Mail has been returned and phones are disconnected. According to Directory Assistance, there is no new listing for the company.
