Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. Seven Stars Services does good quality work.

Edy cleans our church for us. He does a good job. Good quality of work. He is very conscientious. If we have a question about something, he will follow-up with you right away and meet with you and take care of it immediately. We have a fairly long term relationship with Edy. We have used his service for the past 7 years. We can call him for anything from a basic cleaning to larger projects such as stripping and waxing the tile floors in the fellowship hall or any of the other larger tile areas. Edy is also very flexible. Stripping and waxing the floors requires moving furniture. He’s very good at bringing in additional resources to finish a larger project that needs to be completed in a condensed period of time between the uses of the church. Edy is respectful. He wants to be sure you’re happy and pleased with his work and is a trustworthy person.
