Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. Excellent Customer Service!

Thank you Chris! Thank you to the entire team at Sheer Funding. As a small business we have spent the last few years scraping together every penny we had to run our business, purchase inventory and equipment and make sure our employees were paid. Sheer Funding helped us get a loan when we were denied at other places because we had no credit. It has allowed us to move forward and actually breathe without worrying that the bills wouldn't get paid! They were so compassionate and helpful I couldn't imagine using another lender!
