Way too many fees

Consumer Facility Charge? Really if you multiply this amount ($15.48)by the number of customers they have they could build a brand new facility each month. But this charge is to maintain the current one.seems awful excessive. Environmental Surcharge ($21.53) Fuel Cost Adjustment ($14.02) These are the reasons people want to go off grid
