I watched at least 10 cars/ customers to be turn away

Walked back up to door after made purchase and was told they will be closing and will be back in ten minutes. They were back in 20 minutes. I watched at least 10 cars/ customers to be turn away. Be more professional and clean that nasty bath room and train your employees
