Violated HIPPA by speaking to party that has no relation to minor client.

Failed to verify any information to include name DOB before speaking about HIPPA cover information. Cancel appointment due to stating someone was aggressive in background but did not verify who it was. Tried to rectify situation but said office manger would not and was disrespectful and threaten law enforcement. Called and was told the office managers boss would cal me but the office manager was the one that call me back. No one would give me their name or information but provided false information. All conversation is record on my behalf. Hold employee(s) accountable for their actions and pending law suit is pending.
