Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. Sheri does a great job with tax preparation. She works hard, communicates well and has quick turn-around.

We have used Sheri's Tax Service for three years. Sheri is a great communicator and meets with clients in person, both before and after preparation. We continue to add new investments and challenges and she handles it all in stride. We would recommend Sheri's Tax Service to anyone not comfortable doing taxes or those that just want the security of a professional review.
