Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. Incompetent customer service behavior.

This Doctor office is unprofessional they do not get Refill in timely manner and will no take calls. They ask you to leave 1 message only on the prescription line and yet they do NOT refill them or let you know what is the status is. The office help are rude disrespectful on yelp the reviews are bad but yet they continue to carry on this way I would like to let them know what patients are saying and maybe change I am currently trying to find a new Doctor. I would like them to know what patients know what patients are saying about there incompetent behavior and does the doctor know how bad the office is run.
