Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. Have him lose his license to practice law in Arizona

I hired Craig Simon as my attorney in a auto accident He lied to me. Craig told me that he not going to make more than I am, which he did. I was rear ended by three other vehicles, and two where V giving citation's, He never had my truck fixed and. I still have bills that never got paid out of the settlement, Craig settled my case with out my knowledge. I turned him to the Arizona Barr, but he knows someone .I have documents to prove my case. I am going to get , Kirsten Simena, Arizona Attorney general to look into this matter
