Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. Give accurate times for clinic offers. Have employees take breaks n hidden areas. Be more organized. I was not the only person upset.

There was a add or a flyer on the curb advertising free glasses and vision. It stated time for 8am or 9am this Friday which is today. There was some young staff I guess on the middle curb unprofessionally taking a break. 3 people including myself where standing in line the door was locked at 10:00 am after I walked away a lady employee got in. Before she came and I walked away the staff that was at the curb said wait another 20 minutes we ain't got nobody here and I couldn't here the rest. I sat in my car for a minute and noticed that a guy was let and I returned to the door it was locked again waited some seconds someone opened it and let us in. It is 10:15 and four people are waiting inside. Give accurate times for clinic offers. Have employees take breaks and hidden areas. Be more organized. I was not the only person upset.
