I I could give them less than 1 star I would!

I made a reservation for my handicapped Mom, daughter, two sons and my grandson. I had the confirmation number to both rooms and an AARP discount. I told the lady that took my reservations the address . It was an out of town address! When I got to the hotel the clerk told me I had to pay a $250 fee because I lived over 50 miles away.. WHAT THE H***. I was told to leave when I refused to pay that outrageous amount. The clerk proceeded to throw my Mom's AARP card at my son and to get off the property. I am beyond pis*** and highly insulted!!! Whatever, I want nothing to do with that property and I think that the people that work there should have a little more respect !! If I could give them less than 1 star I would ?
