Paid for a room for 2 nights and staff gave a stranger the key to my designated room.

Paid for a room for 2 nights and staff gave a stranger the key to my designated room. The following morning at approximately 8:30 he walked in while my friend and I were trying to shower and proceeded to charge at me before noticing I had my friend and a child in the room with me. He then repeated the room number in his head and walked out of the building. I tried calling the lobby and received an answer from staff that the stranger knew my name which is false because I have never checked in at this hotel. Once I packed my things and came down stairs I was told that it was a mistake. When clearly it wasn't. I asked to speak with the manager , she then reassured me she tried calling but got no answer and refused to try calling again. Investigate malicious activity
