Worst contractor we have dealt with

We scheduled to have our kitchen remodeled with this company. They began demo on 6/30/14. The estimated time was a week to a week and a half. It is now 8/6/14 and the only thing that has been completed is the movement on a water heater, demo of the kitchen, and some of the cabinets. The company has only worked for 6 days out of the entire time and keeps making excusses as to why they have not been able to complete the kitchen. They were supposed to return on 8/4/14 and after multiple attempts to call them and several messages, we have yet to hear back from them and they have yet to return to complete the kitchen. This is the second time during the remodel that they have stopped showing up and do not return phone calls. We manage an apt building and work with many contractors, but by far this has been the worst experience.
