Rude customer service

I have complaint on Kim Glasser that works at Slumberland of Bismarck. She won't let me come in to store to see my cousin that works their. It's because she made a big mistake with my mattress. Her employee didn't look it up to see if it was in stock or not. I didn't get a mattress and I was very up set with her and her employee for not looking it up and telling me right away. Now Kim uses this against me. Plus she said I can't buy anything at the store. I don't think has anything to do with my cousin she didn't wait on me or take the order for the mattress. I think Kim should be fire for that attitude. You don't treat like that. Customers pay your wages. She was so rude to me too. Plus the other guy wanted to charge me more before it was delivered. plus he was saying I owed money and I didn't. I paid it. He could fine it on computer. She did. I had to call my credit card to make sure I paid it. Plus I had to pay the whole bill before the due date in July. The paper said other wise. It said July 29. I still had time to pay it. It wasn't July 29. I just want apology from Kim in writing to me and let me see my cousin that works heir. To be nice to me .
