Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. $399.00 fee

I'm very upset to find out there was a $399.00 fee I was unaware of. The dealership never disclosed this nor was there paperwork stating a fee. Also I chose to pay twice a month in order to pay the vehicle off 9 months as stated on the paperwork. I was informed by the lender they were receiving only one payment a month and only for the payment amount not the extra I was also paying.
